Our jewelry is hand crafted with love and great detail. Here are some things you can do to keep it in its best condition.
Jewelry Repairs on our Main Collections:
If your Teddy Taylor jewelry breaks, is damaged or arrives with a malfunction due to normal wear and tear we will replace it for up 30 days after your jewelry arrives to you, courtesy of Teddy Taylor. However we reserve the right to determine what constitutes normal wear and tear versus user damage.
We understand that our bracelets hold a lot of sentimental value or are tokens of strong friendships so even after the 30 days we will still make repairs but they are subject to fee starting at around $13.00 and can increase based on the assessment of the damage.
Please keep in mind that most of our jewelry is made from thread which naturally will wear over time. There is nothing that can be done about that except replace the thread.
Jewelry Repairs on our Precious Metal Jewelry Collections: (jewelry made with solid 18k gold, rose gold or sterling silver)
If your Teddy Taylor precious metal jewelry breaks, is damaged or arrives with a malfunction due to normal wear and tear we will replace it for up to one year of purchase date, courtesy of Teddy Taylor. However we reserve the right to determine what constitutes normal wear and tear versus user damage.
Any jewelry from our Precious Metal Jewelry Collections is eligible for complimentary rethreading if it has worn, ripped or discolored due to loving your bracelet so much. Rethreading is done with the same colors as the original bracelet. Your bracelet hardware will also receive a complimentary polishing in our on-site repair shop. Complimentary re-threading is offered free of charge for the lifetime of the product. Just ship it to us and we’ll take care of it.
Shipment for jewelry repairs is the responsibility of the bracelet owner.
How do I initiate my jewelry repair?
To begin your jewelry repair, email firstname.lastname@example.org with “REPAIR: ORDER ######” in the subject line. Please make sure to include your order number or a copy of your email receipt for proof of purchase.
In the email please describe the damage and include a photo of the item to we can review it. Also include the following information, we require it to keep track of your item while in our repair shop…
2.Mailing Address ( Street Address, City, State, Zip/Postal code)
After your repair request is reviewed instructions will be sent to you by a Teddy Taylor team member. We will reply within 24 hours.
Once the item has been approved for repair and sent to us please allow up to two weeks for our repair shop to assess the piece. Detailed repair information and a repair charge estimate will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed if any is applicable since repairs are done by a case by case basis.
What if my bracelet was a gift and it broke and I really loved it?
